Monte Froelich has vision.  His U.S. Property company purchased the former federal building back in 2008. Adding history back to one of Lincoln’s oldest and grandest buildings was challenging. But Monte had ideas how to add character. He did he oversee restoring original features. Then he had local artisans transform the former federal courthouse into the Grand Room. This room would be a place to host events.  The company, Mural Mural, were artists-in-residence. They added interest throughout the building.  The Grand Room, which is located on the third floor, is especially impressive.
