This week-end was the Nebraska Christian Home Educators Association (NCHEA) convention. Such a great time of getting educational input and encouragement. I happened to have the privilege of getting to do a workshop on “Art Across Nebraska.” I promised the attendees that I would share the document online since I had included links. Since I thought you all might enjoy seeing some of the great ways/places that you can experience art in our fine state, I thought I would share that here. I plan on writing more on various opportunities in the weeks and months to come!
Whenever I see anything about Art in Nebraska… I feel compelled to tout our ‘New’ Falls City Library & Arts Center. The Center opened in January of 2007… but it is still New to us! Falls City is located in extreme southeast Nebraska. The FCL&AC has a top-of-the-line Art Gallery, as well as, various art throughout the building. Please visit the website and make plans to visit Historic Falls City, NE.

I am sorry that this did not come up in my research. What a beautiful gallery. I know I will be updating my document sometime in the next few weeks and will definitely add your lovely library gallery. Thank you for taking the time to tell me about it!
