Close - we were near Chadron. That is the Hudson Meng Bison boneyard.

Thanks, Mom and Dad, for following my blog and for always supporting me. You were exactly right - my pictures were of Wyuka Cemetery in Lincoln. Love you both!
  • Take Mom to Breakfast at Hastings Backalley Bakery

I completely agree! I definitely look forward to a return trip. I am hoping the next time we are in Hastings just happens to be a Thursday night - bet I would love their pizza! Also, I love the fact that Pacha soap is a local business that gives back to the community. I bought a bar for my sister-in-law - she loved it! Will definitely stock up in the future for other gifts.
  • NET Radio and “The Lost Writers of the Plains”

Sad to say that I have not read any Cather. Guess I now have a new goal for the summer.
  • Take Mom to Supper at Pancho Villa Mexican Grill in Lincoln

I would definitely recommend that you give them a try! We will definitely be taking our kids there sometimes in the next few months. In fact if they would have known before we went the restaurant we had picked, pretty certain that we would have not been able to go on a date.
  • Art Across Nebraska

I am sorry that this did not come up in my research. What a beautiful gallery. I know I will be updating my document sometime in the next few weeks and will definitely add your lovely library gallery. Thank you for taking the time to tell me about it!

Exactly right, Dad! Wish you could have come along with Mom and us last week. You definitely need to visit Lauritzen Gardens sometime. The place is so beautiful, even while still in winter season.
