You need to read some Nebraska fiction - there are some great titles!

All of those meat selections sound great with Tom's Steak Rub. And I was definitely kidding about the sauerkraut although maybe the rub would make kraut edible for me. 🙂

I want to go to those Christmas celebrations too. We were at the Buffalo Bill Ranch this week, and the guide was telling us about all of the special events happening at Christmastime.

Both books are a great starting point to interesting series.

You have hit on all of my favorites as well although I think that The Cutters might be the Aldrich book that resonated with me the most right now.
