Actually the toppings themselves were not too cold - just warm instead of piping hot. I think it might have highlighted the flavors more. My favorite kind of pizza this fall was the Vermont white cheddar one with sausage and thinly sliced apple. Yum!
The bed and breakfast is less than 10 minutes east of Lincoln. You can take all black top roads to get there. Depending on which route you took and where you were leaving from Omaha, I would say it would take you about 45-60 minutes to get there. Their B&B is definitely inviting, and I love a house that has a history. 🙂
I bet it will be even more fun for you to visit again when your son is a little older. I enjoy the zoo even more when I am accompanied by children. Love to see the smiles on their faces! And I must say this is a high compliment since I have heard good things about the St. Louis zoo too!
Yes. It is a gallery space that they have on the way to rest of the building. Not sure if it is super little kid friendly, but I enjoyed seeing the architectural and interior design.
Good job, Sheila & Suzy! Of course, it does make sense that my sweet sister and my dear friend would both pick up on the fact that this is one of my favorite places to go! 🙂
